Personal Injury Victim Awarded $6.5 Million Due To Defective Seat Belt Injury
According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal, Billy was injured in a crash in 2002 that also claimed the life of his father and grandfather. The total verdict was over $43.8 million. But a substantial portion of that award will not be collectable because the driver of the other vehicle is deceased.
Billy is now 14 years old. He is paralyzed from the waist down. Ford has indicated they will appeal the jury’s verdict.
