A former in-house attorney for Toyota has asserted in court papers filed last week the automaker harassed, intimidated, and defamed him for trying to correct wrongdoing by the automaker (previously reported on here on Legal Blog).

The in-house attorney’s allegations may force open numerous personal injury and product liability lawsuits involving the automaker.
